U13 & 14 Girls Qualify for OYSA’s Premiere League

The U13 and 14 girls each qualified for this fall’s OYSA’s Premiere League. The Tigers
and Firestorm, respectively, concluded the Premiere Qualifying Tournament in Salem
undefeated and in first place, earning them a spot in the Gold Division.
After opening weekend play with a tie, the Tigers, coached by Mike Sanada, ran off
four straight wins finishing 4-0-1. The Firestorm, coached by Becky Ibarra,
finished the tournament 4-0 allowing only one goal.
Congratulations girls!

The U13 girls team, Firestorm, finished the Regional President's Cup with a 2-1
record, beating President Cup winners from AK and AZ
and just missing out on a spot in the semi finals.
Congratulations to our Boys U11 Development team,
the Crew, for finishing in first place with a 6-1-1 record
and to the Girls U11 Development team, the Dominators,
also finishing first with a 8-0 record in the 2010 Cascade
Division of the Kidsports spring league!
The South County-based Crew
also took home a 3rd place trophy
in the Springfield Memorial Day Tournament!
